Reed Richards, in my opinion, is the best member of the Fantastic
Four.
Most people would argue in favor of the Thing, or the Human Torch, but
this is a very superficial view, one that doesn't fully appreciate Mr.
Fantastic's contribution to the team. Actually, that's the wrong word,
Mr. Fantastic IS the team! Whenever a menace threatens Earth, Ben and
Johnny always rush in without thinking, only to be defeated. Then Reed
has to invent some sort of time machine or matter evaporater in a
matter of hours, and it doesn't help that the Thing and the Torch are
always arguing. And then, the one person who should cut him some slack,
his girlfriend the Invisible Girl, is always swooning whenever the
Sub-Mariner's around. Isn't that just like a girl? You, the most
brilliant, courageous, nicest guy ever, and she likes some other loser
just because he has better super powers. Granted, Sue eventually did
choose Reed, but he shouldn't have had to deal with that. He's a super
hero, he could've had any girl he wanted. I'm assuming that
super-heroes would do at least as good as rock stars or basketball
players, so he should've been like "I can't see you, you're invisible"
and then he'd have his pick. So in conclusion, Reed Richards = best
superhero in Fantastic Four.
